Frozen~

Frozen is about a girl named Anna who has a sister named Elsa, the queen who has the power to control ice. However, the story the proceed because Elsa does not know how to control her powers on ice. Therefore, she always hide in her room so that she can prevent herself from hurting anyone with her ice. Her sister Anna wants to build a snowman with Elsa because she is her only playmate. Unfortunately, the parents died and Elsa still remained in her room and Anna tried hard to get her sister out of her room. I personally like this song a lot when it was played in the scene as the transition from Anna's voice can clearly indicated that Elsa had spent a very long time locking herself in the room.

(Disney, Do you wanna build a snowman)

This is actually one of the best movies I ever watched so far, many had given this movie an excellent review and feedbacks. Indeed, it is a Disney production. They are always dedicated to produce better story for everyone to enjoy and those movies have the ability to strengthen people mind and soul such as we can perceive better family values after watching it.

However, I am impressed how Elsa managed to lock herself up in room for years. She has no television, mobile phone or internet access. How does she managed to kill time? She is not allowed to play with her ice power and must learn how to conceal and suppress it. Well, this is only cartoon. If for me, I would have probably die of boredom. In reality, people nowadays are too spoilt and overwhelmed by gadget until they could not live without it. When people are carried away by the gadget's apps and games, they will act such like frozen in that time. Time flies fast when we concentrate in certain games and with the great motivation to finish the game without realising the precious time will never come back to us.

Let our beautiful memories froze in a time where we truly utilize the time meaningfully so we can live life with no regrets.

Chocolate is not always divine!

Wow! There is actually M&M's with peanut butter in it! This was my first thought when I first saw it in The Cocoa Tree outlet. I never really like M&M's because it is always a super expensive chocolate. I personally like Nips brand better as it's much cheaper. I guess I am a "cheapo" person! However, this time I have decided to try it but not because it is on sales rather is the aunty beside me who kept hard-selling it by praising how good it tastes and showing that passionate face. She was not the storekeeper but just an ordinary chocolate lover who wanted to share the chocolate passion. Of course I did not buy on the spot because it was bloody expensive which is RM 36 per packet! They do not have a smaller packet to sell! How do you expect me to spend RM36 just for a trial??? But yes, I bought it! I must be crazy? No!!! I am still very smart, I bought it in Cold Storage when I saw they have a smaller packet where it is only cost RM3.49! Fine, I must taste it with an open heart since I had bought it. Challenge accepted!

The first bite and the question in mind appeared: Where the hell is the peanut butter?
The second bite, purposely bite it half to see the content inside: I see peanut butter!
The third try, trying to melt the M&M's by using the tongue and the temperature in my mouth: Okay, I tasted peanut butter, but it was not too strong, not so buttery and was a little bit dry for me.
The fourth try: Not really my cup of chocolate. Let's share with others and gather their opinions!

Until now, I still see my friends buying one after another. Seriously, M&M's should pay me for promoting their product to my friends since I offered them a free trial. LOL!

Well, I still like chocolate, but maybe not M&M's. Chocolate will only be divine if it's paired with better quality peanut butter or maybe other ingredients. So we must learn  how to choose a proper ingredient if baking cakes or even find a better classmate when comes to assignments so that we are able to create sparks in our works. Perhaps this can help in getting higher mark in coursework! LOL!

The virgin post ~

I was quite surprised when we were asked to write blogs on weekly basis as part of the assignment in UTAR. This is because I had never had a habit of recording my own feeling in any written form. I guess our lecturer understood there is still people like me who never blogged in this 21st century, he then randomly gave us few topics as a direction for us to kick start. However, I was still quite clueless, I would say that the first title that he gave really challenged me as I hardly read. Yes! The topic is to write about a book!

Well, the first book that came into my mind is "Never Trust A Doctor Who Never Study About Nutrition". The title was very tricky that its able to pull my attention to purchase and read it within 3 days. People always say never judge a book by its cover, but actually that is what usually happens when people are buying books. The main reason I purchased it was because I doubted the title.

Everyone will automatically looks for a doctor when they are ill, not mentioning people who usually self-prescribed. So how can you ask people not to trust a doctor? Should they ask the doctor "Had you studied about nutrition?" before they get consultation? Doctors are capable of treating patients and I always salute doctors as they are seriously brilliant and very determine person.

However, this book does has its own points because exceptions do happen. When some patients with chronic diseases consulted some doctors, they were left with disappointed advice saying that they will be no chance for recovery. For instance, a doctor uses the scientific way to cure patient by giving drugs to kill the cancerous cells, however, usually in such chemotherapy, patients will not be able to survive as the side effects of those drugs are too powerful that it weakens the immune system until the patient may touch the heaven's door earlier that they supposed to be. Therefore the doctor will rather gives up in treating because they will not want to hurt the patient anymore when they can predict the consequences.

This is why this book exists because there are plenty of examples mentioning how patients whom seriously ill are able to recover after they tried on the nutritional way. The power of how natural food such as grape seed essence can actually heal our body are truly miraculous, not only it strengthens the immune system, it also activates our natural antibodies to fight with the cancerous cells and thus allows the patient to recover. But the only thing that the patient need to have faith with themselves. To trust that they are strong enough to pass through this journey, to allow the body to fight in a period of time, to be able to hold on with nutrition so that it can switches on the battling mode in the body to protect themselves.

Just like sometimes in life, we just can't keep depend on others unless it is needed. For instance. We do not always need to use drugs to fight with the virus or bacteria, but by using natural resources, we are able to fight enemies with just our own antibodies. The only thing is we have to be determine enough to withstand the obstacles. So just be strong and have faith in ourselves as we never know what we are capable of doing things.
